Kenny Tsang developed a keen interest in art and design, under the influence of his father. He became a professional Photographer upon graduation, and in 1978 he established Technic Advertising Studio for commercial photography. He specialized in still photography, such as jewellery, watch, food as well as model shooting. Kenny Tsang also work in video making for corporate demonstration. Kenny Tsang is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Professional Photographers Limited and was the president in the year of 1996 & 1997. A winner of HKIPP advertising photography awards in 1993.
曾觀輝出生於香港，受到父親的薰陶，自小便愛上藝術設計及攝影。他畢業後便當上職務攝影師，並於一九七八年成立特藝廣告攝影公司，主要從事珠寶首飾、手錶、食物，以及人像等攝影及設計工作。同時也為客戶製作公司介紹影片。曾觀輝是香港專業攝影師公會會員，亦曾任該會的九六及九七年度主席，他曾榮獲九三年香港專業攝影師公會廣告攝影銅獎。
